Chicago Teacher Strike Enters Second Day

In Chicago, a citywide strike by teachers and school support staff has
entered its second day, forcing the closing of the nation's
third-largest school system. Twenty-five thousand teachers represented
by the Chicago Teachers Union, as well as 7,500 support staff
represented by SEIU, launched their strike on Thursday.
