Harris County, Texas, Prisoners Can Now Attend Virtual Funerals During Pandemic

In Texas, prisoners in Harris County will now be allowed to attend
virtual funerals for loved ones during the pandemic. The agreement was
reached after rapper Trae tha Truth pushed for the arrangement with the
county's sheriff.
