16 People Killed in Prison Riot in Zacatecas, Mexico

In Mexico, at least 16 prisoners were killed when a riot erupted in a
prison in the central state of Zacatecas. Mexico's prisons are
notoriously overcrowded. Tuesday's violence follows another deadly
prison riot in October in which six prisoners were killed in the central
state of Morelos.
