Airstrikes in Syria Kill 40 People, Including Children, in Idlib
----------------------------------------------------------------

In Syria, Russian-led airstrikes killed at least 40 people in the
northwestern province of Idlib Tuesday as the Russian-backed Syrian
government continues its offensive to take control of the last major
Syrian territory controlled by anti-government forces. Residents say at
least eight children were among the victims.
