Supreme Court Decides Not to Fast-Track Obamacare Case

The Supreme Court has decided not to take up a high-stakes legal
challenge to Obamacare at this time. On Tuesday, the court said it would
not take a fast-tracked decision on the case challenging the
constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. Tuesday's decision still
leaves open the possibility the court will take up the case at a later
date, but it won't happen before the election.
