Trump Admin to Remove Environmental Protections for Waterways

In more news on water contamination, the Trump administration is
expected to finalize a rule today to remove environmental protections
for more than half the nation's wetlands and hundreds of thousands of
small waterways across the United States. The removal of the protections
will now allow people to dump pesticides, fertilizers and other
pollutants directly into streams. It will also allow developers to
destroy wetlands for construction projects.
