Suspect in Cleveland, Texas, Mass Shooting Arrested

Texas authorities have arrested the suspect in last week's mass shooting
in the town of Cleveland which killed five people, including a
9-year-old child. Francisco Oropesa is accused of going on the shooting
spree against his neighbors after being asked to stop firing his rifle
because it was keeping a 1-month-old baby awake.

Meanwhile, a 14-year-old student opened fire at his school in Belgrade,
Serbia, killing eight children and a security guard in a rare mass
shooting in the Balkan nation.
