Supreme Court to Hear Arguments on Idaho's Near-Total Abortion Ban

In other legal news, the U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments today on
Idaho's near-total abortion ban. The Biden administration sued Idaho,
saying the ban violates EMTALA, the Emergency Medical Treatment and
Active Labor Act, which the Justice Department says protects the rights
of pregnant people to get the emergency medical care they need.
