Kenya Sentences 2 Iranians to Life on Terror Charges A Kenyan court has sentenced two Iranians to life in prison on terror charges, including possessing explosives allegedly for use in bomb attacks against Western and Israeli targets. The court convicted Ahmad Mohammed and Sayed Mousavi last week on charges that included possessing 15 kilograms of the explosive RDX. Both men had pleaded not guilty, and their lawyers said Monday they will appeal the sentence. Magistrate Kiarie Waweru last week praised the actions of police who arrested the men in June 2012, saying they stopped a potential "catastrophe." __________________________________________________________________ [1]http://www.voanews.com/content/kenya-sentences-2-iranians-to-life-on -terror-charges/1655181.html References 1. http://www.voanews.com/content/kenya-sentences-2-iranians-to-life-on-terror-charges/1655181.html
