                Los Angeles Steps Up Fight Against Homelessness

   Homelessness is up in Los Angeles, where encampments line some streets
   downtown and in the suburbs. Local officials have declared a war on
   homelessness and pledged $100 million for the battle. VOA's Mike
   O'Sullivan reports.
