Belgian Prosecutor: Fingerprint of Suspect Found in Apartment by VOA News Belgian police say they have found the fingerprint of a suspect along with handmade belts that could have been used to carry explosives during a search of a Brussels apartment linked to the November 13 Paris attacks that killed 130 people. Belgium's federal prosecutor's office announced Friday that investigators found the fingerprint of fugitive Salah Abdeslam in the apartment during a search that took place last month. In a statement, the prosecutor's office said the apartment searched December 10 had been rented under a false identity that may have been used by one of the 10 people arrested in Belgium in connection with the attacks. On Thursday French President Francois Hollande announced that police officers will now be allowed to keep their weapons off duty, and he pledged to boost armed security forces by 5,000 officers. __________________________________________________________________ [1]http://www.voanews.com/content/belgian-prosecutor-fingerprint-of-sus pect-found-in-apartment/3136449.html References 1. http://www.voanews.com/content/belgian-prosecutor-fingerprint-of-suspect-found-in-apartment/3136449.html
