            Obama Aims to Stir Gun Debate, Put Pressure on Congress

   President Barack Obama is urging Americans to pressure Congress to
   tighten gun laws after a string of shooting massacres across the
   country. During a town hall-style meeting in Fairfax, Virginia just
   outside Washington late Thursday, the president heard from people on
   both sides of the controversial issue. VOA White House correspondent
   Mary Alice Salinas has more.
