         Obama to Highlight Optimistic Vision for US in State of Union

   It's his last State of the Union address, and President Barack Obama
   says he wants to lay out his optimistic vision for the United States --
   not just for his remaining months in office, but for years to come. VOA
   White House correspondent Aru Pande has more on what the American
