                 Supreme Court to Review Obama Immigration Plan

   The U.S. Supreme Court announced Tuesday that it will hear a case
   challenging President Obama's plan to protect more than 4 million
   undocumented immigrants from deportation.

   The president's move was to defer deportation of parents of American
   born children and permanent residents.

   The court's decision to hear the case could have impact on the 2016
   presidential election and the president's legacy, since it was one of
   his broader executive orders, done without the approval of Congress

   The case is expected to be argued in April, with a decision in June.
