          Despite Blizzard, New York Locals, Tourists Come Out to Play

   Despite whiteout conditions in New York, accompanied by low visibility
   and wind gusts approaching 60 kilometers per hour, many of the city's
   locals and tourists welcomed the first major snowstorm of the season.
   And those looking for winter fun only had to trudge as far as
   Manhattan's massive Central Park. VOA's Ramon Taylor reports.
