# Oven Potatoes Yields: One sheet pan full of crispy potatoe wedges. Enough for 2 persons. Time: About 50 min. (Preparation: 10 min., Baking: 40min.) ## Ingredients 1.5kg Potatoes (waxy) Olive Oil Salt Additional Spices (e.g. rosemary, black cumin, pepper, piment, cinnamon, curcuma, chili, powdered ginger... ) ## Preparation Oven: Preheat oven (190 deg. C) Potatoes: Wash the potatoes. If you don't want to eat the skin, peel the potatoes. Chop them into wedges or slices or sticks. Put prepared potatoes into a bowl Add some spoons of oil and turn the potatoes in the bowl. Don't(!) use too much oil. The potatoes need to be covered only slightly. Baking: Fold bakery paper. Put folded bakery paper on your sheet pan. Put the potatoes on the sheet. Bake in oven for 20min. Then turn the potatoes and bake for another 10 min. Add Spices: Now put the potatoes into the bowl again and add your spices. Turn the potatoes so that the spices cover the potatoes (not fully, of course).
