# Spiced Wine DON'T use the following recipe if you aren't allowed or don't want to drink ALCOHOL. ## Laurel 1Ltr red wine, dry 10 leaves of laurel Put the leaves into the wine for 24hrs at room temperature. After 24hrs. separate wine from laurel and put the wine into the frige to keep it chilled. Serve it at room temperature or use it for cooking. I prefer to use laurel spiced wine for cooking. The wine must not be of high quality. ## Honey 1Ltr white wine, dry. 5-7 teaspoons of honey (from blossoms) Heat the wine using a pot and dissolve the honey. Don't boil the wine. After the honey got dissolved, take the wine from the oven and allow the wine to cool down. Put it in the fridge afterwards. Serve it chilled, approx. at a temperature between 8 and 12 deg C. Don't use high quality wine for this.
