1-20-2023 - Happy Sabbath!

Well, this is the first Sabbath since I started the gopher
log, so...

I just wanted to share that I am a Seventh-day Adventist
Christian and my faith tradition emphasizes the observance
(celebration!) of the Biblical Sabbath from sundown Friday
evening to Saturday evening.  It is a real blessing to my
family and I and I just wanted to share that here on the phlog
for the first time. (it may not be the last time I mention it)

We begin our celebration of Sabbath with a special meal,
with a variety of fresh foods -- fruit, veggies, hummus,
dips, cheese, crackers and freshly-baked Challah bread.

Anyway, Shabat Shalom! (Happy Sabbath!)
