Basic interfaces and objects. This package contains the primitives for the whole Plotlib Toolkit, mainly plottable objects like lines, symbols, axis and so on and the interfaces they implement.

All objects of this package contain only minimal mechanisms for automatic sizing and placing themselves. This is deferred to the layer of classes in the widgets-package.
