Swords & Wizardry Whitebox Character Generator

In the Player & DM Resources section, I've added a S&W Whitebox
character generator [0].

It pulls from the latest (third) printing of the rules, and should
properly calculate universal attribute bonuses, armor class and any
combined XP bonus, but let me know of any errors. Enjoy!
