New Outdoor Adventure/Encounter - The Grendel Camp

In the adventures section, I've added a new outdoor encounter, a
Grendel camp. [0]

I wrote it as a small wilderness encounter/setting for 0e, but of
course you can adjust it pretty easily for any old-school D&D.
