THE TRAVEL OF AKHMAT MAKHARADZE AND HIS FRIENDS ALONG AZERBAIJAN

	Chapter 1
	Akhmat Makharadze, Akopyan and Harry Vakhab-zade

17th April 1980. Tbilisi. A small house on Rustaveli Street. A young 
Georgian came in into a room on the first floor.

"Akopyan!" he cried.

"What?" an Armenian with very black hair replied. "Akhmat, what have
happened?"

"We'll set off to the travel into Azerbai jan!<">

"What?!"

"Call Harry."

Akopyan retired.

In a minute, a tall Azerbaijanian came.

"Hello!" he said. "Here... I've bought uzum!"

"Learn to speak Russian! Not uzum, but grapes!" said Akhmat.

"We'll float along Kura at first," continued Harry.

"Along Kura?!" Akhmat was surprised.

"Yes!"

"Excellent!"

"Pack your things," said Akhmat.


	Charter 2
	The Preparations

Akhmat was running to the shops with three Georgians who agreed to take
part in the travel. Soon he bought bread, khachapuri, Suluguni cheese, 
ajika and a pack of kharcho soup.

Sergo Gabelia, Nodar Pridonishvili and Zurab Gazzayev came in into the
Akopyan's room.

"How do you do? Who are you?"

"Akopyan Tigran Armenovich."

"Is all ready?"

"No."
