       Marketing Lead New York, NY / Remote (US-only)  Atoms is a product-
       first company that believes great business are built from inventing
       groundbreaking products and everything else will follow. We
       launched Atoms publicly in 2019 to make a shoe that people would
       want to wear every day while building an engaged community in the
       process. Since then, we added over 100,000 loyal customers,
       responded to the pandemic by making & donating over half a million
       masks, and launched collaborations with leading creatives. We are
       with the product end-to-end from design to the day it arrives to

       WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR  Our company is at an exciting stage of
       growth and looking for a Marketing Lead to be part of this next
       step in building our brand out further. This is not a standard
       marketing role -- this will be generalist role with a strong focus
       on product and growth. This role will be responsible for owning the
       planning, messaging and execution for each of our products launch,
       their campaigns, partnerships/collaborations (such as our recent
       one with Marques Brownlee / MKBHD), as well as identifying new
       opportunities of growth.  Own the end-to-end messaging, strategy &
       execution of our product market across all channels Own the end-to-
       end timeline of our products (in partnership with leadership to
       craft & manage the timeline for each product launch and campaign).
       Constantly evaluating the performance of all our channels (website,
       email, paid) and enacting levers for optimization and conversion
       Develop marketing strategies for acquiring new customers and
       retaining existing Own marketing related KPIs (ROAS, CAC, repeat
       customer rate, new customers rate, revenue change, AOV, CLV, CRO)
       Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, product development,
       finance, and engineering as the key marketing representative. Note:
       Research shows that women & underrepresented minorities are more
       likely to read lists of requirements and consider themselves

       don't check all of them.  WHO YOU ARE  5+ years of experience
       working in product marketing, growth marketing, project management,
       or anything marketing-related field Strong background with Klaviyo
       and SEO analytic tools (Google Trends, Analytics) Proven track
       record of successful growth campaigns You are able to be a team of
       one - support will be available but no task is too big or too small
       You are able to think strategically and understand the long term
       impact of certain initiatives on the business You are not afraid to
       experiment with new ideas but also pivot when something isn't
       working You are thoughtful, able to speak your mind, and can
       partner effectively with other functions You are excited about
       high-quality products, amplifying voices in the community, and
       building something big Compensation range: $90K-$120K depending on
