Upload sketchs to digispark with arduino-cli

Edit  ~/.arduino15/packages/digistump/hardware/avr/1.6.7/platform.txt

Add this:
   ## Save hex
   recipe.output.tmp_file={build.project_name}.hex
   recipe.output.save_file={build.project_name}.{build.variant}.hex

between "Create hex" and "Compute size" blocks.
