This week I gave a quite explanation on my path. I short, becoming aware during the day, help becoming aware during the dream, which help becoming aware during the deep sleep, then control of out of body experience to finally be aware at the moment of you death. This path is a simple path, but a hard one. I continue to explain that what blocks us from awareness is our undigested emotions. The process is not to reject emotions but to find a way to untangle them. A lot of our childhood trauma have shaped our life so far and going back to that source is the first step into emotional healing and developing emotional intelligence. Learning to work with emotions will help sustain awareness. I then continue with a simple trataka meditation. An introduction to the practice of staring or gazing intently at a point, an image, or an object.
