Hey, I thought this was a new year. Weren’t we supposed to have a new Speaker of the House?

AHAHAHAHAHA! Well, we don’t!

But seriously, the thing you need to understand about the Speakership vote is AHAHAHAHAHAHA!

We have no answers on that front, and no end in sight to the dilemma, if that’s what it is.

Greg Dworkin will join us to revel in it. And there’s even some chance that Joan McCarter may, too!

Who can say for sure, in these uncertain times? Not Kevin McCarthy, that’s for sure.

Although it seems someone was curiously effective in getting the metal detectors removed from the House chamber. That probably should have required authorization by the Speaker, but, well, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Except for the armed insurrection and QAnon assassins with Member’s pins part, that is. That’s not too funny.
