What should Biden do next about documents? [1]

Yeah, a lot of people have opinions about what Biden should do next concerning the documents scandal.

The biggest problem I see is that the GQP is being allowed to easily say that the TFG & Biden documents scandals are the same. 🙄

To end that comparison, if Biden was to tell the FBI and/or the special counsel to search all of his properties, no search warrant needed and without restrictions as to where they can search, then it becomes far more obvious that there are serious differences in the two scandals. And that difference is the most important because it is about intent. TFG intended to keep those items and fought hard against their seizure and is still trying to get them back claiming “they are mine!”. Biden likely didn’t even know about those documents, though proving that either way would be difficult. And allowing the unrestricted search could turn up any possible evidence of tampering or planting by someone else.

Of coarse there are many more issues to address with the scandal but I think that this should be step one and the largest step forward.

I don’t fear a full and complete investigation into the matter and don’t think Biden does either. He should welcome it to further show he has nothing to hide.

But yeah, the MAGA true believers will never believe anything but what TFG tells them regardless of what proof is shown but the majority of the public would understand and appreciate a full and detailed explanation
