Time to use the RICH for all they are Worth [1]

Trading Places - One-Dollar

Have you ever seen the movie “Trading Places”? I for one love that movie, and I have an idea on how to use it and make the rich and powerful take a step back and feel our pains. In the movie, the Eddie Murphy character quotes the following “The best way to hurt a rich person, is to make them poor.” Well I don’t think we as a nation can make all of the rich in this country poor over-night, but we can make them think about it.

So here is my idea, there are 3 Holidays that consumers spend for, or travel for no matter what. They are the 1st and last “Official Week-ends of the summer, and the 4th of July. I say DON’T, make these week-ends a stay at home for family time. What I’m saying is No buying for a Bar-Bar-Que, No Buying gas, No trips to the Beach, No NOTHING, except time with your family. So, if you must shop, buy it 2 weeks before, buy gas about mid week. Don’t travel any-where, just stay home. Don’t even buy during those holiday sales. Because if we can make them think about “WHO HAS THE POWER” maybe just maybe we could get things to improve for all of us little people.

So please think about this, and start planning for it. Also if there is any-one who wants to add feed-back to this, please do.
