More Country Music Musicians Nominated to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame [1]

Actually country music and rock and roll are brothers... or are they sisters? Who cares. Let's call them siblings. Their mother? African American Gospel music, from which came the blues. From the blues came rock and roll, country, and all forms of jazz. Originally, black gospel music was started based on the notes sung when singing "Amen" at the end of a hymn, a fourth followed by the tonic. Blues added the fifth, and the rest is history. So do I have a problem with country music musicians being inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame? Not a bit. Country is rock, just a different flavor of it. Rock on Willie, and you too Sheryl and Dolly. Congratulations.
