The threat of a mass shooting has then caught the attention of the North Port Police Department (NPPD). After conducting interviews and corroborating the threats, police have arrested the 10-year-old. The 10-year-old is facing felonious charges of making a false report to use a firearm in a violent manner. North Port Police Chief Todd Garrison made a statement regarding the threat.
