Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, thanks to Chrissy Teigen, Donald Trump will forever be described in the Congressional Record with three words that will live in infamy.

Then, on the rest of the menu, a former deputy alleges in a lawsuit there is another cop gang forming at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department; a broadcast reporter was arrested for trespassing while covering a news conference about the Ohio toxic train derailment; and, the Missouri Republican-led House voted against banning minors from openly carrying firearms in public without adult supervision.

After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where China says it was smeared in Joe Biden’s State of the Union speech because of the repeated use of “competition;” and, Twitter’s plan to cut off free access to its application programming interface has evoked a ‘fair amount of panic’ among scientists.
