I have a problem with The Last of Us, and I'm not afraid to admit it. [1]

Ok, maybe a little.

And don't worry about spoilers. The trailer for episode 3 shows them driving. And it's not the gay relationship. Put your guns away. I will admit to not understanding the romance behind suicide pacts. I'm more likely to suggest the other go first. Assuming the gun's not pointed at me. I digress. Ordinarily, I'm not normally THAT pedantic about accuracy in movies. I do, however, appreciate a sincere attempt. If I am wrong about this, well, come at me bro! I can take it.

My problem is simply this: the very suggestion that gasoline stored in a conventional car gas tank for 20 years still being viable, is, well, patently absurd. You'll be lucky if it lasts a year. If it starts. After that, it's knocking, and pinging, clogging injectors, you name it.

I do understand artistic license, and I'm not looking for perfection, but it's hard for me to focus on the story. There. I said it.
