"Woke" Banks? Please... My brain hurts! [1]

Oh fer chrissakes enough already! DeSantis is going after “woke” banks.

Who are you fucking kidding? “Woke Banks”? Yeah those financial institutions are just bastions of socialism run by radical left commies.

Also.. “Woke Military”? Yeah, if I actually believed in “woke” my the definition of “woke” is somehow not even close to training kids on the most efficient and effective ways to kill people. Hey Republicans, do you think a bullet hurts less when it’s fired by a gay man, or a lesbian? Morons.

The FBI? CIA? NSA? Woke? Oh yes, this is a totally normal thought. Not insane at all. The idea that the people in charge of secrets, spying, and espionage, are really just bunch of woke radical left socialists looking to force you to… let gay people live without fear, is not ludicrous at all.

WTF? How is it I am put in a position to defend things I would normally rail about? Finance, spying, unfettered capitalism? These right wing idiots have gone so far around the bend that, as a sane individual, I am forced into defending these institutions.

It’s funny, occasionally I find myself agreeing with someone on the right. However it’s always for the exact opposite reason they think. Do we need to keep a closer eye on the FBI, CIA, NSA, et al? Hell yes, but not one of my reasons would be because they are “Woke”.

Yesterday I saw a clip of freshman congressman Jared Moskowitz talking about the absurdity of the “Twitter hearings”. He and Maxwell Frost are both Florida Democrats who are giving me hope for the future. They hold nothing back, they aren’t afraid to attack their “friends from across the isle” and make them look ridiculous. They should give a class to every entrenched Democrat on how to handle the absolute abject stupidity of the Republican party. This isn’t the 20th Century anymore. Your “friends” across the isle are not your friends, they are authoritarian racists, bigots, and narcissists and these freshman are showing you how you deal with them. Either watch and learn, or get the hell out of the way.
