Temple University is using the anti worker corporate think and tools to break a strike by graduate students who have been on strike since January 31.

GTAs are the backbone of introductory classes for incoming students to university educations. Just like medical students who form a cadre of un/low paid help in medical schools this is an active and growing issue as to the realization of cheap labor which benefits whom?

However the low pay which is a feature of the graduate school system shows the growing impatience with trying to live in cities which costs for living aren’t met by the schools which they attend.

California graduate students went on strike throughout the Cal system, which was settled recently.
