Trump to visit accident scene in East Palestine OH --WTF?! [1]

I haven’t seen anyone else mention this so I thought I’d put it out here. Trump is planning to visit East Palestine, Ohio next week. In case you haven’t seen anything else about this, East Palestine was the site of a horrific train derailment on Feb 3 that ended with the purposeful ignition of five tankers filled with vinyl chloride. I know that Biden immediately offered DeWine any help he needed from the federal government to clean up the mess.

DeWine and FEMA Regional Administrator Thomas Sivak said the state and federal agency have been in "constant contact" and "working together since day one." FEMA will deploy a senior response official and a regional incident management assistance team, or IMAT, on Saturday to help with ongoing operations like incident coordination and assessments of potential long-term recovery needs.

But now TFG is heading to the area next Wednesday. His reasoning is that he needs to step up to help the people because the “leaders” (Biden) aren’t doing anything to help. WTF!? What can he do? He’s a private citizen. He has no power to call in anything. All he can do is stir up trouble and fund raise off the concerns of the people involved.
