Author’s Note: I’ve sent the following letter to President Joe Biden via whitehouse.gov and snail mail, but have no confirmation it was received or taken seriously. If anyone here has connections to the president’s handlers, it would be very useful to get this information to them immediately. Dear President Biden: You came into office facing the worst combination of crises that any American president has ever faced. Like Lincoln, you face an armed Confederacy seeking to overthrow the government. Although it’s still most virulent in the South, there are plenty of armed traitors all across the country. Unlike the first Civil War, Civil War 2.0 is fought via media, memes, technology, sabotage, and weaponry that vastly exceeds what the original Confederate soldiers had. Also, today’s Confederacy is funded and marketed by foreign enemies like Vlad the Impaler Putin. Worse yet, seditious traitors such as Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar, Lauren Boebert, J.D. Vance and many other Republicans have penetrated our federal, state, and local governments. Seditious traitors are also part of SCOTUS and other federal courts. And a sizable percentage of police agencies and the military are right-wing racists, fascists, seditionists…especially so-called constitutional sheriffs. These people join with hunters and other gun fetishists to form a covert and overt nationwide domestic terror organization. And they should be dealt with the same way we deal with foreign terrorists. Not only are you facing Civil War 2.0, you’re also facing economic, sociocultural, and foreign relations problems that in some ways rival those faced by F.D.R. You came into office after Trump’s traitorous team denied you the efficiencies and courtesies of a normal transition of presidential power. You dealt with the wreckage caused by Trump and his GOP allies who gave massive tax breaks to the rich and corporations, ran up the national debt, gutted government agencies, trashed the rule of law, hobbled the federal workforce, and created general chaos. On top of that, you faced the COVID pandemic, which killed hundreds of thousands more Americans than it should have, because Trump and his media shills deliberately lied about the virus, vaccines, virus “cures,” and other important health topics in early 2020 when COVID first made itself known worldwide. Now you also have a hot war to deal with. Putin is imitating Hitler, annexing neighboring countries using gross violence. I admire how you’ve battled his vicious, criminal expansionism by helping Ukraine and NATO. There are dozens of other problems a president deals with, such as corporate Dem sellouts like Manchin and “independent” Sinema, and I’m forever grateful you’re handling the job with such grace, strength, aplomb, wisdom, and vivacity. That’s why I’m writing you about health, fitness, and longevity. I assume you have the world’s best physicians, but it’s so important that you be strong and fit until you complete your second term as president that I’m offering the following information... The first thing I recommend is that your team hire Stanford’s Dr. Andrew Huberman as a full-time consultant. I know about Dr. Huberman from his incredibly useful YouTube channel called Huberman Lab. This is the most professional, reliable, honest, science-based health, fitness, and longevity information you can find packaged and presented anywhere. Huberman is giving away medical school-level seminars with the latest actionable science, and also interviews leading experts. From the science he shares and from other anti-aging science, here’s a brief summary of ways to stay younger and sharper longer: Intermittent fasting: Eating the healthiest foods possible for only a short period of each day has multiple benefits. Daily exercise with a rotating schedule of high-intensity aerobic training, high-intensity weight training, swimming, yoga, martial arts, tai chi, Pilates is proven to increase cognitive and physical performance, as well as extend health. Exercising outdoors in natural settings is superior to exercising indoors or in urban settings. Caloric restriction: Studies show this is the single most effective way to slow down cell aging, but it can come at the price of a slower metabolism. Avoid food made by imprisoning, torturing and killing animals. Human Growth Hormone (HGH): The most recent studies on HGH indicate it is NOT the fountain of youth chemical its marketers claim it is, and it can create health problems in some users. However, there are situations in which supplemental HGH can fight age-related decline. Testosterone: Testosterone levels drop off a cliff in most men starting around age 38. Testosterone is an anti-depressant, mood booster, metabolism booster, libido enhancer and overall body tonic. It’s obvious there are no Republicans who could or are running for president in 2024 who are worthy of the job. In fact, all likely GOP presidential candidates other than Mitt Romney are MAGA enemies of America. And while I believe Vice President Kamala Harris would be a better president than any Republican, I’d rather have you strong, vigorous, and in the Oval Office until January 2029. America is at the most dangerous place it has been since the Civil War, World War Two, and the Cuban missile crisis. You’re not just a Democratic politician, you’re the captain of a ship dealing with a mutiny that could sink the ship!
