George Santos Says He Was A "Terrible Liar" [1]

After being urged by Piers Morgan during an interview to admit that he was “a terrible liar”...a phrase that Morgan first suggested … Santos then regurgitated those same words right back to Morgan, saying “I’ve been a terrible liar...”

Of course, in the world of Santos, his admission of having been a “terrible liar” could well mean not so much that he feels remorse about lying but that he feels remorse about doing a terrible job at it.

In fact, as the interview proceeded, Santos, after appearing to make the admission of being a liar, then goes on to rationalize and justify his reasons for doing so, claiming it wasn’t meant to deceive but rather that it was “about getting accepted by the party here locally.”

Does that sound like regret about having lied to you?

It sounds more like regret about having done a terrible job of lying.

After all, this isn’t the first time that Santos has parsed his words beyond the point of reason.

It seems to me that Misrepresentative Santos continues to...misrepresent. Surprise, surprise.
