In a recent secret ruling from SCROTUS (Supreme Court – Retroactions of the United States), it has been found that since women have not lived up to their humanity and maintained a steady workforce in the US, their rights to autonomy and thus voting, shall be null and void, and the 19th Amendment shall be abolished, Furthermore, let it be known that due to the increasing number of lawsuits reaching our fine Court, that the 16th Amendment shall also be similarly abolished, owing to the litigious nature of the voters bringing an increasing number of lawsuits and clogging the court system.

In Re the 8th Amendment and its prohibitions against cruel and unusual punishments and its use in another case brought against the State of Florida by a class of women. we find that since the women have not been found guilty of a crime, they are not being punished via the intent of the word by the original framers of the constitution. Their suits are hereby denied and the 5th Amendment is intact for now.

In Re the 4th Amendment, we find that the term “people” as used in this and all amendments, shall forthwith be defined as a “Man” as was demonstrated in the Declaration of Independence wherein it specifies that “All men are created equal” and nowhere specifies women as having those rights.
