The question: If the Fulton county GA District Attorney creates an arrest warrant for you-know-who, can that office demand extradition of you-know-who from FL to GA?

Answer: NO

WHY : Because the demand document for extradition must originate in the office of the Governor of GA.

So according to my research and inference, the demand must originate in the office of the GA Governor (Republican Kemp) and be accepted by the office of the FL Governor (Republican DeSantis). The Fulton County D.A’s office is not authorized to instigate the extradition process.

Other documents support this requirement for the origination of the extradition demand.

Thus I disappointedly conclude that you-know-who will not be arrested for the crimes related to election interference in GA, despite any arrest warrant from the Fulton County DA’s office.

Caveat: I have not been nominated for ‘World’s Best Researcher’, so maybe someone can find some research to counter my findings and inferences.
