Pregnant in prison = personhood for fetus?

I predicted this. I am not commenting on the prison system, nor the prison healthcare system, nor the treatment of pregnant women in prison. It is the argument of the unborn fetus having “equal” rights as the woman who is carrying it, which in and of itself is misogynistic in its own expression. Women are more than incubators. We are here. We are the “personhood” that exists. I don’t really feel I need to say more than that except to link to the original article on the bbc.com website written by Sam Cabral, BBC News, Washington DC and say, discuss amongst yourselves…
