Florida man loses his sh*t over Disney characters' race [1]

Can't you see we're under attack?

In a hastily called press conference, a visibly agitated Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida castigated the Disney corporation….one of his state’s biggest employers and tourist draws….saying it had been pointed out to him by Tucker Carlson that Mickey Mouse as well as Minnie Mouse, are both Black.

“This campaign to indoctrinate our children with ‘wokeness’ dates back to Steamboat Willie,” DeSantis said. But it was yet another feature of the characters’ appearance that seemed to anger the Governor even more.

“These characters have been appearing for all this time, in whiteface! This is reverse minstrelistismismismism.” After an aide whispered in his ear that the correct term is “minstrelsy,” DeSantis continued, “Just look at their faces! Look at the white gloves! Listen to their high pitched voices mocking how White Americans talkI”

“I am asking the Florida state legislature to introduce legislation to ban the performance of reverse minstrelsy anywhere that children might be present.”

The Governor then called upon the legislature to craft a companion bill that would require cartoon ducks to wear pants when around children, and stipulate that all cartoon chipmunks must live in separate trees, have girlfriends, and “stop being so fussy and polite.”

In a strong display of cross studio solidarity, a Mr. B. Bunny of Warner Brothers said, addressing Governor DeSantis, “Of course you know….this means war!”
