maybe i missed something….

about Foxes defense from the billion $ law suit.

remember when Fox was successfully sued for calling itself news?

in the early 2000’s, but they won on appeal. their defense was that written in the corporate charter of Fox News was that they are a disseminatior of opinion, not news. they won the appeal.

this same group later sued on the grounds on how can you call yourself news, if you are opinion.

fox lost and appealed. they lost their appeal. they appealed to the Supreme court and won. on the grounds that the parent company is NewsCorp. they are just using their brand.

so there is precedence all the way to the supreme court on Fox being Opinion. how can they now say they are journalist? have they changed their corporate charter? Opinion is protected speech. until you defame someone/something. like they did/ and do to this day.

did Fox petition the courts to change the previous things that Fox proved as fact? i doubt it. when they had to admit that they where only opinion they hoped no one payed attention. i doubt they stirred the pot. too much money involved, but maybe the chickens finally come home to roost. hoist them by their own petard. let them pick shit in their own Karma with the rest of us chickens.

maybe then they will understand cause and effect. and pay for their decisions just like the rest of us do. even Mr Trump is having trouble to find lawyers to toss under the bus.
