Russia has a serious fire safety problem.

Looks like the careless smoker has struck again. When are they going to catch that guy?

This time it’s at a Russian FSB building in Rostov, which is close to the border with Ukraine.

This thing is kind of ancient, introduced almost 50 years ago. It has a range of 200 kilometers. Presumably it is being used as a cruise missile against targets inside Russia. The original version used a film camera and returned to the ground with a parachute.
