H.R.1for the People Act has made a long journey and brought an extremely important provisions that will help the United States navigate through this busy election season coming soon 2024.

The voting right act, 19th Amendment ratified in 1920, and was enacted on August 1965 by President Lydon Johnson. In that epoque, a restriction was lifted and allowing African American to vote. Later, this right has granted lawful immigrant to vote as well. According to Pew research study in 2020, voting turnout was very low compared to 2018. As a result, in January 2021 the house passed H.R.1 The People act which gives more chances to voters nationwide. This will give more access to vote to legal citizen in the United States, increase diverse voters across US territory and felony who completed their services. Moreover, high technology is provided to secure vote and prevent hacking and interfering from foreign influences.
