Federal Judge Orders FDA...To Not Suspend Abortion Pill Approval. [1]

What Do You think the Food and Drug Adminstration regulates?

A A Federal Judge in Washington State orderd the Food and Drug Administration to not roll back its approval of a widely used abortion drug, siding with a group of Democratic state attorneys general who challenged dispensing restrictions.

U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Rice (Obama appointee) limited his decision to 17 states and the District of Columbia. Unlike the Judge in Texas he did not make his ruling Nationwide.



So now we have 2 different decisions from 2 different Judges (or one Judge who follows the law and one Operative who follows the Alliance Defending Freedom Fascism). Ultimately it will come before the Supremes.

Now they may use the Shadow Docket to avoid dealing with the bullsh*t ruling from Texas. Or they may not stay the ruling and agree to hear the case. Coming up with a legal decision that overrides the Food and Drug Adminstration authority to rule on the safety of a drug is difficult. They would have to do some extra pretzel twisting on their ruling and this requires some time.

But here’s the bottom line, and it ain’t pretty for Republicans. The GOP is stuck with a dilemma that is only going to get worse for their electorial future: The right to an abortion is popular with the Majority of Americans but unpopular with their base. They will have to engage in even more extreme partisan gerrymandering to maintain their grip on power.

Either way the Democratic Party must plaster the Media and the nets with this issue. If the drug is ruled illegal the full impact of Dobbs v. Jackson Whole Womans Health will be felt by the majority of Americans, even those who live in safe blue states. it will be a game changer in 2024.
