It’s Tuesday, and it’s been a while since we had Joan McCarter with us, hasn’t it?

Hopefully it’s all a “go” for today. I mean, we really should figure out whether or not Republicans are going to destroy the world economy or not, don’t you think?

Not that I can think of anything I’d be doing differently, of course.

I’ll bet we’ll even try to keep doing shows! At least until we run out of fuel for the wood-burning Internet, anyway.

By the way, we are officially Under the Cloud of a Mass Shooting™ once again. We traditionally announce that on the day after such an event, so even though we found out about this one during yesterday’s show, it doesn’t feel official until it’s acknowledged in “print.”

Apparently, it’s the 15th mass shooting of the month of April, yesterday being only April 10th. And our 146th mass shooting of the year. So yes, we’re always Under the Cloud™, technically.
