Welcome to the Street Prophets Coffee Hour cleverly hidden at the intersection of religion and politics. This is an open thread where we can share our thoughts and comments about the day. Creating works of art from molten glass requires practice, patience, an artistic vision, and lots of heat. The Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington is the West Coast’s largest and most active museum glass studio. In the Hot Shop, visitors can watch the Hot Shop Team and Visiting Artists at work. Shown below are some photos of the furnaces at work.
