CNBC has breaking news here that the Dominion case versus Faux News has been delayed.

Dominion Voting Systems’ $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News has been delayed on the eve of its scheduled start date, an official for the court hearing the case said Sunday ... Spokespeople for Fox and Dominion did not immediately respond to comment when the delay was announced Sunday night.

No reasons given but one has to wonder if Faux News really wants to have to put the Murdochs on the stand and whether the attorneys for Faux News really want to have their mistakes put in front of a jury.
