Look at the “emotional” ad from the Democratic senate candidate:

It’s already a giving that blue county women agree with her stand on abortion, but the dems need to go after the red state counties to win the state.

And, unfortunately, this is the person selected in the primary to run against the “blowtorch” guy.

Maybe just a little baggage inhibiting the minority out-state vote?
