I believe that Smartmatic is up next and has the same case pending that fuax just settled. I'm hoping that they go to trial and get huge punitive damages on top of judgement for the amount sought.

I was hoping that Dominion got huge damages plus a year of live and print mia culpas as judgement. It would be great if this settlement was enough to make Smartmatic case a slam dunk.

I'll look for post here on DK about case developments. Let's hope for an endless list of cases and settlements until faux is no mo.
